Jessica Vallori
MPAS, PA-C
Born and raised in Miami, Jessica Vallori is a nationally certified and Florida-licensed Physician Assistant deeply committed to clinical practice, research, and community service.
Jessica pursued her undergraduate studies at Florida International University, graduating magna cum laude with a double major in Biology and Anthropology. She was also a proud member of the FIU Honors College. As a research assistant in Dr. Philip Stoddard’s lab, she explored the evolution of communication systems and the neuroendocrine system in vertebrates.
Her professional journey began as a medical scribe at CEEC while pursuing her undergraduate degree. She then further developed her skills as a Clinical Research Coordinator at the Miami Cancer Institute, working on radiation oncology clinical trials and enhancing her appreciation for team-based care.
Jessica completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Florida International University’s Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine in 2023.
Currently, Jessica is a PA at the Center for Excellence in Eye Care. She collaborates with ophthalmologists to deliver high-quality care, including patient evaluation, medication management, and surgical assistance. Known for her empathy, strong listening skills, and teamwork, Jessica is committed to providing the best service to her community and is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA).
Jessica’s dedication to community service is evident in her volunteer work with Vitas Healthcare as a hospice volunteer, where she facilitated care and documented life stories. She also participated in the FIU NeighborhoodHelp household visit program, providing care to those in need, and contributed to the Women’s Breast & Heart Initiative’s outreach campaign to raise awareness and provide screenings for breast cancer and heart disease.
Outside of her professional life, Jessica enjoys experimenting with new recipes and sharing them with friends and family. She is bilingual in English and Spanish. Jessica also loves spending time with her two golden retrievers, reading novels, and traveling with her husband.
